The short version

Your seating chart — guest names, table assignments, family arrangements — is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is never uploaded to us, and we cannot see it. The only personal data we ever hold is an email address you choose to submit.

What we collect

• Email address (optional): submitted via the subscribe, Pro waitlist, or contact forms, stored with a tag noting which form. Used only to send what you asked for.
• Anonymous usage events: non-identifying signals such as "a PDF was exported" that tell us which features matter. They never include names or chart contents.
• Standard server logs: our host (Vercel) keeps ordinary request logs — IP address, user agent — for security and operations.

What we never do

• No selling or sharing of personal data.
• No ad networks, no third-party trackers, no social pixels.
• No accounts, so no profiles.
• No upload of your guest list or chart, ever.

Local storage

The editor autosaves your chart and remembers preferences (like a Pro unlock) in browser local storage. Clearing browser data deletes the chart; we hold no backup.

Payments

If you purchase Pro, Stripe processes the payment; we never see card details. Stripe's own policy governs that data.

Unsubscribe & deletion

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can request deletion of your address any time via the contact page.

Material changes to this policy will appear on this page with a new date above.
